Colliers International brings Physicians Mutual Insurance Company and AppleOne Employment to 1001 Pinnacle Point Drive

COLUMBIA, SC - June 19, 2012 - Colliers International’s Marsha Davis, SIOR and Henry Moore represented the landlord of Pinnacle Point in the execution of two long-term leases bringing Physicians Mutual Insurance Company and AppleOne Employment to 1001 Pinnacle Point Drive.  Frank Cason and Henry Roe, also of Colliers International, represented Physicians Mutual Insurance Company.  Pinnacle Point is a Class A, multi-tenant office building located in northeast Columbia near the Farrow Road and I-77 interchange, currently home to the University of Phoenix.
 
Marsha Davis is a member of the Colliers International Office Practice Group and the Colliers International Healthcare Services Group, focusing on the leasing and sale of office and medical properties.  In 2011, she completed over 183,000 square feet of transactions comprising approximately $17 million in value. 

Since joining Colliers International in 1999, Marsha has enjoyed continued success and achieved recognition as a Life Member of the Circle of Excellence by the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association (CCRA).  She also serves on the Standards Committee of the CCRA, the Trinity Housing Corporation Board of Directors and volunteers with its transitional housing program, St. Lawrence Place.  Marsha was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Midlands South Carolina Network for the 2012 term and is a 2009 Graduate of Leadership Columbia.
 
Henry Moore is a member of the Office Practice Group and focuses on representing local companies and corporate entities and institutions in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office properties with a specific concentration on tenant representation within the Columbia market.  Henry has represented approximately 350,000 square feet of transaction volume since joining Colliers in 2008.  In 2010 and 2011, he was awarded a Power Broker Award by CoStar Group, the nation’s largest commercial real estate research company.  Henry received the 2011 CCRA Transaction of the Year Award for his work in Aflac’s expansion headquarters from Georgia to Columbia, South Carolina.  He is also a member of the CCRA’s Circle of Excellence.  Active in the community, Henry is a member of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and serves on their Membership and Real Estate Committees.  He is also a founder and board member of the Main Street Criterium, a “Let’s Move” initiative intended to support and celebrate downtown Columbia and the health and well-being of its citizens.
