Colliers International’s Bob Shaw Receives SIOR Designation

COLUMBIA, SC - October 3, 2012 - Bob Shaw, a Principal of the Greenville, South Carolina, office of Colliers International has received his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation, a real estate professional designation affiliated with the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Bob specializes in the leasing and sales of office and industrial properties, working with both landlords and tenants. He is a member of the 2012 Everest Club recognizing the top ten percent of all Colliers brokers in the United States.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2008, Bob worked with Liberty Property Trust, an international developer and landlord, and was responsible for leasing and marketing their 1.5M square foot office and industrial portfolio in the Upstate of South Carolina. Prior to his time with Liberty, he spent 15 years overseas in several international management positions, primarily as Vice-President and Co-Owner of Pac Asia, Ltd. in Guam.
