Kershaw County Board of Realtors® Honors Four Coldwell Banker United, Realtors® Sales Associates, Including Realtor® of the Year

CAMDEN, SC - March 2, 2010 - The Kershaw County Board of Realtors® recently honored four of Coldwell Banker United, Realtors sales associates from the Camden office at its annual award banquet, including announcing one as Realtor® of the Year.
Mike Thomas was awarded Realtor® of the Year, an award presented to someone who shows Realtor® spirit, participates in civic affairs, participates in the local board and has many business accomplishments.
George McClay received the Rookie of the Year award, based on the requirements that he is a first-time licensee, shows production in sales and listings, shows a positive attitude toward the profession, participates in the board and is active in the community.
Terry Jones received the Greatest Number of Transactions award, with each side of a sale counting as one transaction. She conducted 31 transactions in 2009.

Lastly, Beth Warnock received the Appreciation award for going above and beyond in her duties to the board.
