Marketing - Hospice Sales Representative
Reliant Hospice is currently looking for a Sales Representative who is responsible for meeting goals of hospice admissions in a specific territory through implementation of the Reliant Hospice sales/ marketing strategy and process.
Principle Accountabilities:
Meet specific admission and referral goals each month by strategically promoting Reliant Hospice to and calling on referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, community and religious organizations and those with previous contact with Reliant Hospice.
Works with Director of Business Development to jointly develop preferred account relationships.
Identifies, develops and maintains other key referral sources in the medical and broader community to their fullest potential.
Tracks referrals to ensure maximum conversion of referrals to admissions.
Works to increase direct consumer awareness of hospice through educational opportunities and community events.
Maintain account information and status and reports progress using Reliant Hospice sales tracking tools.
Establishes ongoing communication with referral sources regarding the status of mutual patients.
Has a responsibility to participate in staff training and education programs and to ensure appropriate training of supervised staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Demonstrate superior sales, communication and customer services skills
Positive attitude
Self directed with the ability to work with little supervision
Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting
Reliable transportation, current drivers license and current auto insurance
